Back-to-Back 16Ks

This morning, I did another 16K run. That’s two in a row!

I’ve been looking at doing back-to-back long runs for a while. This weekend was the perfect time to do that. I’m surprised how easy today’s run was, and how good my legs feel afterwards. A little more tired than after yesterday’s run, to be sure, but not bad, not bad at all.

This could become a habit!
