Monthly Stats

It’s time for my second monthly status report. Here are the numbers from January 6 to February 6:

Run: 276.5K
Swim: 6,000 meters
Stretch: 250 minutes
Sit-ups: 966 (now up to 45 a day)
Calories used (while running): 19, 975
Weight: 157 lbs. (down 5 lbs. since December 2)
Squats: None. I’ve been a bad, bad squatter.
