Recovery Drink

A great recovery drink recipe, courtesy of Stephen L. of My Running Sole. Thanks, Stephen!

50g of plain low fat yogurt
1 pint of soy or skim milk
4oz of fresh pineapple, or a small tin of pineapple chunks in juice
1 banana
1 tablespoon of honey
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Blend until smooth.
