I had another good 5K barefoot outdoor run this morning, along the same route as Sunday. It was sunny and 5C outside. I think Spring may finally be here!
I also did 100 pushups in my pre-run stretching routine. This is the first time I’ve reached the 100 mark in my daily pushup set. I’m happy with that (especially since I could only do five when I started doing them six weeks ago), and will continue to do 100 each day from now on.
