I had a very good 8.6K barefoot run this morning, at a steady pace. It was cold, at 0C, but at least the sun was shining and the birds singing.
I received some mildly incredulous looks from people waiting at bus-stops, etc., all of whom were bundled up in parkas, hats, and gloves. And one kid on his way to school called out “Put your shoes on!” as I ran by.
