Goodbye

This will be my last post to this blog, at least for the time being. I’ve very much enjoyed sharing my thoughts with you, but have decided to direct my energies elsewhere.

My passion for barefoot running is still here. In fact, it’s stronger than ever. I offer you every good wish for your own journey, where ever it might take you. Take care.

  1. Hi Alan,

I’m sorry to read you’re stopping your blog posting. I never knew you had a blog till today, while perusing “Living Barefoot”. We’re so close! I’m in Toronto and work in Mississauga 3 times a week.

Please get in touch with me if you’d be interested in meeting some time to trade impressions.

    Keep ’em bare and happy.

  2. Alan,
That’s unexpected, but I know there’s a lot you’ve been dealing with over the last couple of months.

I hope you’ll continue to participate on some of the BBs and/or twitter – or at the very least drop in from time to time to let us know what’s going on with you.

I wish you the very best,
    Dan

  3. Wish you the best of luck in your ‘gear’ shift. I’ll miss the updates, but, if you don’t mind, I’ll plug you for advice in the realm of reflexology and barefoot ultras once in a while.

    Cheers!

    1. Thanks, Nathan. Yes, by all means, keep in touch. You can most easily reach me via e-mail (praxis “at” pathcom “dot” com). That goes for anyone else who reads this and wants to contact me.

  4. Alan:

I’m sorry to hear you’re closing down. Although I don’t always comment, I do, and have, read every post. I’ve looked forward to your posts every single day; I’ll truly miss them.

    Take care, my friend.

    Todd
