I recently discovered the Barefoot Running UK Web site. It’s a good one!
The founders of BFRUK are Anna Toombs and David Robinson. With the rest of their team, David and Anna teach one-to-one barefoot running tutorials and workshops, and hold weekly club sessions at various sites in London, England. (They have plans to add more venues.) They’ve also started the UK’s first barefoot running club.
They’ve also just issued their first newsletter. I recommend you look at it, as there’s lots of good stuff in it – book reviews, racing news, in-depth nutrition advice, injury analysis, and a whole lot more. Check it out!
I just wish someone would send me to the UK for a Barefoot Running UK workshop. Any offers?
