This video isn’t new (in fact, it’s two years old), but it’s a good one.
It features Christopher McDougall, author of “Born to Run,” explaining the joys of barefoot running to a New York Times writer. Not only does McDougall present the basics well, the journalist obviously gets the point. Watch his face as the two of them run around New York City’s Central Park.
(Note: Learn to run as easily and smoothly as McDougall, and you’ll be a happy barefoot runner.)
