Training for Toronto


Soon, I’ll post the first of a four-part series of articles about my training for the Toronto Waterfront Marathon, which takes place on Sunday, October 14. The articles will cover Foundations, Fueling, The Program, and Psychology. They’ll lay out pretty much all of the aspects of my training for the marathon, which I’ll do barefoot, along with my good friend Daniel B. Hopefully they’ll be of interest to any of you who have a marathon on your running calendar or those who are planning to run their first marathon.
